There's some seriously cool cars, and a bike, at my school (maybe the owners even read Jal-OPPO?!)! Now that I got a new phone, I'm going to take pictures of the ones I see. A few of what I've seen in the past 2 weeks: (not my pictures obviously):

Came here for bike. (seriously? someone has a 899 at your school? I hope its a prof....those things bite)

I don't know too much about bikes, but I noticed this one immediately and it looks like it goes fast. But yeah, it's always outside the business school, probably owned by a graduate student.

Definitely. The 911 is parked right outside my dorm at least 3 times a week. The 912 was there yesterday and I'm going to try my absolute hardest to find it again because it was immaculate!! Too bad I didn't have a phone yesterday to take a picture with :(

Ducatis are like the ferraris of the bike world. fast, Italian, temperamental, pricey.
but oh so worth it

Oh wow. Is the Ducati 899 a really high-end model? How pricey is it compared to the average motorcycle (or like a "regular" bike)?

Ducatis are usually 2-3 grand more then their comparable peers (in their category). Some say its worth it the extra cost because if you get a better bike. to some extent thats true. I think their prices are fair.
That particular bike would retail for something like 16.25K here in canada. It is not their highest end bike. it is the smallest Super sport they sell. from there, you can move up to the 1199 panigale similar bike, bigger motor) and from there you have the 1199 S, R, andf the super leggera, which is a 65K bike. But the super leggarea is the lightest, fastest, gbathed in CF...its their halo bike, like the la-ferrari.

the only nice car I ever see on the local university is a porsche carrrera S. and its a professors (I think) though I mow a lawn for another professor that has a 1974 Porsche 911 targa. (WHY CAN'T IT BE A CARRERA RS???)
